Aaron
Weiner opened the Carolina Mountain Bakery in Skyland, North
Carolina on July 14, 1997, and since then he's been producing
a full line of baked goods, from hearth breads (focusing
on rye) and muffins to wedding cakes and "every kind
of cookie imaginable." Aaron believes in top quality
ingredients and uses King Arthur Flour for producing the
highest quality baked goods.
Aaron
